Pedagogía y Andragogía: hacia un modelo educativo mixto

La educación universitaria enfrenta el reto de adaptar sus estrategias a la diversidad de ritmos y estilos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Tradicionalmente, la pedagogía ha sido el enfoque predominante en la enseñanza, incluso en la educación superior. En contraste, la andragogía ofrece un modelo de aprendizaje autodirigido y experiencial. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo proponer un modelo educativo mixto para la mejora de la formación universitaria, mediante una revisión sistemática basada en el protocolo PRISMA. Se identificaron 76 artículos, de los cuales se seleccionaron 10 según criterios de calidad y pertinencia establecidos en la escala JADAD. Los resultados señalan que la integración de estrategias pedagógicas y andragógicas favorece la participación activa, la autonomía y el desarrollo de competencias críticas en los estudiantes universitarios. Se concluye que un modelo mixto constituye una alternativa necesaria para fortalecer la calidad de la educación superior y responder a las demandas de una sociedad en transformación.
