About the Journal

In the changing context, complex and mediated by the technological development and overflowing with information, the comprehensive training process requires education professionals to continue researching so that students develop the skills, abilities and attitudes necessary to become good citizens and competent professionals. In that logic, the UMCH EDUCA journal as a scientific publication of the Marcelino Champagnat University, since its foundation wants to be an open means of dissemination and exchange of innovative theoretical and practical research in the field of national and international education. The journal  is edited by the Vice-Rectorate of the university and is attached to the Research Institute. From its origins to 2017, the UMCH Educational journal was published in print format. From the number eleven corresponding to the 2018-I period has the electronic format, where readers can have information of interest related to the journal totally free..

The UMCH EDUCA journal has a thematic profile of education and psicology, whose pillars make up the educational and learning-teaching process with an open, flexible and holistic nature. Two issues of the journal are published annually with two sections: theoretical articles and empirical articles. The manuscripts go through evaluations of probity and methodological theoretical quality. In the process of double-blind arbitration, participants, according to their specialty, the members attached to the advisory council, educators, psychologists, managers and educational researchers of national and global trajectory, whose verdict of acceptable article constitutes guarantee of publication.
